In Somnus, you play the role of a sleeper, a psychically enhanced human who links to a shell, a lab-grown creature with a hybrid of both alien and human genetic material, and sends it into combat. During missions, you will collect biomass, which allows you to customize your shell’s weapons and abilities, turning it into a biological fighting machine.

Up to four players will cooperate through a narrative campaign of over 20 unique missions, each with individual objectives and exciting challenges. During the campaign you will unlock new psychic powers, weapons, and modules to create unique combinations of character builds each time you play to battle against hordes of swarm aliens, elite monsters, and horrifying bosses.
